Message	It almost always has to be done after a clutch replacement because the new clutch is thicker than the worn down removed clutch, therefor it's engagement point will be different. That being said, the fact that the pedal height changes after the car is warmed up suggest you still have air in the lines. Make sure you bleed from both points to ensure air is released.
